Basketball - Spring Mills Empower Hour
Get ready to have fun, build your game. First Half: We’ll sharpen essential skills like ball control (dribbling & passing), shooting, defense, and court awareness — all through engaging drills that keep kids moving and learning. Second Half: Time to put it all together with exciting games! From 5v5 and 4v4 matchups to fast-paced mini challenges, kids will get plenty of play time and chances to show off their new skills. All skill levels are welcome — whether you’re just starting or already love the game, this is the perfect place to grow, compete, and have a blast after school! -

Like Bracelets? Animals? Colorful things? Then you'll like this club. You can make your own bracelets with colorful, sparkly, and unique beads however you want! You'll learn how to make the beaded animals like lizards and frogs. in whichever pattern or styles you choose! Design things to trade or keep for yourself, make new friends and have fun in a creative club free of judgement! No experience needed, we'll teach you! Just brin your imagination. Kaczor Clay Club -Empower Hour Kurtz
Kaczor Clay Club Empower Hour: Forrest Dwellings In this consolidated hand-building clay project, students will create dwellings for mythological creatures or amphibians, choosing to create a home for a fairy or a toad! Beginning with flat clay slabs, students will learn how to join two dimensional clay slabs into three dimensional forms. They will create texture and embellish their structures to simulate trees, leaves, knot holes and burrows reminiscent of natural habitats found in woodlands. Students will also develop an understanding of clay, clay properties and investigate various glazes and application tools and methods. This Kaczor Clay Club is three, two hour sessions from 4:15-6:15 p.m. Bring a snack and stamina to this session! NEW Kaczor Clay Club Empower Hour: Halloween Lanterns In this consolidated hand-building clay project, students will create three Halloween Lanterns! Beginning with flat clay slabs, students will learn how to join two dimensional clay slabs into three dimensional cylindrical forms. They will cut out and attach detail to make friendly mummies, pumpkins & ghosts to light up October nights! Students will also develop an understanding of clay, clay properties and investigate various glazes and application tools and methods. This Kaczor Clay Club is three, two hour sessions from 4:15-6:15 p.m. Bring a snack and stamina to this session! Kaczor Clay Club Empower Hour: Gingerbread HousesIn this consolidated hand-building clay workshop, students will enjoy creating Gingerbread Houses. Beginning with flat clay slabs, students will learn how to shape and attach the slabs into three dimensional forms. They will create texture & embellish their structures to simulate gingerbread, candy & other details found on traditional gingerbread houses. Students will also develop an understanding of clay properties, processes & vocabulary.This Kaczor Clay Club is three, two hour sessions from 4:15-6:15 p.m. Bring a snack and stamina to this session! Pickup: On Clay Club afternoons, I will gather students after dismissal at 4:08 in the art room. After the session is over, I will walk your child out to the front circle at 6:15 to your waiting vehicle. If you are running behind, please email if possible to let me know and I will remain with your child until you arrive. If your child will be absent, please email to let me know and we can arrange to make up the session at another time. -
