Kaczor Clay Club: Gingerbread Houses

In this hand-building clay workshop, students will enjoy creating Gingerbread Houses. Beginning with flat clay slabs, students will learn how to shape and attach the slabs into three dimensional forms. They will create texture & embellish their structures to simulate gingerbread, candy & other details found on traditional gingerbread houses. Students will also develop an understanding of clay properties, processes & vocabulary.
