Spring Yoga & Meditation


Adult Recreation / Group Fitness (Land and Water) -
Winter/Spring 2026

Soften, stretch and prepare to bloom. Enjoy a 60 minute gentle yoga practice followed by a 15 minute guided meditation and an extended savasana with *optional* hands-on assists: gentle shoulder press, neck, temple or forehead massage, and foot massage done last. Light refreshements will be provided after the yoga practice. Please bring a mat, water bottle and light blanket.
