NEW SUMMER TRACK AND FIELD PROGRAM!! Give your athlete a competitive edge with Coach Miller's 5-week Track & Field Program! Practicing 3 days a week, athletes will build the speed, agility, and explosiveness that power success on the track and in every sport they play. Each practice begins with a proper warm-up followed by the latest movements designed to build speed and athleticism keeping your kids active, engaged, and moving all summer long. The program wraps up with a professionally timed meet on August 1st at 4:00 PM, giving kids a real race-day experience they'll never forget! Meet Order of Events: Long Jump | 55M Hurdles | 55M | 1600M | 4x100 | 400M | 800M | 200M | 4x400 Practice location is a combination of Milford and Lakeland HS Tracks.
