LHS: Future Eagle Softball CampHS Athletic Camps/ClinicsThis three-day camp is open to 3rd, 4th, 5th, and 6th graders interested in playing softball. MHS Cross Country Camp (Middle School)HS Athletic Camps/ClinicsWe believe cross country to be the greatest team sport in the world. We also believe that running is a lifelong activity that is enjoyable for all. This camp is designed to promote the fun and excitement of cross country in a positive environment. We want to teach the athletes about the sport and help them be the best runners they can be. The intensity of the camp will be appropriately adjusted to the ability of the athlete. The spirit and enthusiasm will consistent throughout the camp. This camp is designed to parallel the philosophy of our Championship High School program but on an appropriate training level for younger athletes. There is no requirement for pre-camp training, but an active athlete will likely be better prepared. On Wednesday an inter-camp meet on the Milford High School Campus. It will feature hay bales, trail running and water obstacles. It will be a great cap to our week of training.Summer 2026 -

Instruction for this camp will be provided by Milford’s varsity volleyball coach, Andrea Malburg, and her volleyball staff. This camp will introduce and teach the major skills for volleyball: passing, setting, attacking, defense, serve and serve receive. This camp will give each participant a chance to meet new people, learn the game of volleyball, interact and learn from current Milford volleyball players. Ages 7-11 should be Grades 2-5 for this Fall . Ages 12-14 should be Grades 6-8 for this Fall. All participants will receive a t-shirt. Registration fees will be charged on 7/1/26.Summer 2026 -
