Each Team will consist of a student and parent or guardian. They will prepare their own cake batter and frosting using the provided supplies. The participants will have one hour to create their master piece to present to the judges. The Winner of the event will receive the first place bake-ribbon & represent their Huron Valley in the final BAKE-OFF.

Students can come hang out together and play Minecraft or other computer games in a safe supervised environment. You need a device you can play on and your own Minecraft account. Pre-registration is required 24 hours in advance. If we don't have enough to run the class 24 hours in advance, we will cancel and notify participants.

Quiz Bowl is an academic competition in a Jeopardy style team format where we practice after school on Monday and also compete monthly against other districts, including Hartland and Howell. Any fans of trivia will have a great time!

Mystery Hang Out is a great place for kids to just be kids! Each week will be a surprise activity. Activities could include a mystery breakout box, craft, games, cookie decorating, charades, Kahoot, STEM competition, skits, and more. Looking for something fun to do after school on early release days? Join us for Open Gym! Kids in grades 2–9 can enjoy supervised time in the gym with friends, playing basketball, volleyball, and other fun activities. It’s a great way to burn off energy, stay active, and connect with others in a safe and welcoming environment. Pre-registration is highly recommended. Space is limited.

For the HS and Adult Division we are removing the shirts and the medals to reduce the cost and allow for later registration. But once we are full we can't accept any more registrations. Don't miss out! With only 1 sand court at Central Park, we are adding 1 or 2 outdoor nets on the grass next year. Please select your preference when you register. We can only take 4 or 5 teams for each division for the sand court. HS sports begin on Aug 10, 2026 so HS athletes will still be able to participate in this event for 2026. We allow boys and girls to register for the youth divisions. For the adult division we prefer women only or coed. Registration closes for the younger groups 2 weeks before the event, or when the division is full.

Mrs. Page will be offering Owl Sports after school for boys and girls. Each empower hour will have modified rules and equipment depending on age level and amount of students. The program will host a variety of sports and games. The program will be held inside of the Oxbow gymnasium and will run directly after school until 5:07pm. Math based games developed by the Math Pentathlon program to supplement your child's math curriculum. Division 1 is geared toward Kindergarten-1st grade math. There are 5 different games for each division. Division 2 is geared toward 2nd-3rd grade math. There are 5 different games for each division. Division 3 is geared toward 4th-5th grade math. There are 5 different games for each division.

Students can learn how to make an ensemble and read music by singing with their friends. It also helps students to learn stage manners and gain confidence while preparing for the concert that will be held at the end of the 8 weeks.
