Imagine the ultimate Halloween bash where trick-or-treating meets massive, roaring machinery! Kids will get up close and personal with the biggest, coolest vehicles around—from giant dump trucks and powerful bulldozers to real-life fire engines, and so much more! 🚒🚜 🌟 Event Highlights & Activities Truck-or-Treating: Collect sweet treats right from the bed of these monster machines! Special Holiday Treats: Every paid participant score a delicious extra treat - Diehl's Cider Mill Donut, juice box/water, and a take home craft! 🍩 Tasty Eats: Fuel up with delicious bites from local food trucks (purchases separate). Rain or Shine: The fun doesn't stop for weather—all activities are outside in the Oak Valley Center parking lot! ⏰ Choose Your Time Slot & Vibe Register by your arrival time to secure your spot! United Soccer Rec League - Co-EdUnited Soccer League🔥 NEW AGE GROUPS ADDED! 🔥 Get ready to hit the field! Our Youth Co-Ed Soccer League is all about big fun, skill-building, and awesome teamwork. Whether your child is kicking a soccer ball for the first time or ready to take their game to the next level, everyone plays, everyone grows, and every player is an essential part of the team! In a high-energy, supportive environment, players will master the core fundamentals—passing, dribbling, and shooting—while boosting their confidence, making new friends, and learning valuable leadership skills. Guided by our dedicated volunteer coaches, every player will discover their strengths and shine! ⚽ Division Details & Schedules Ages 4–5 (Saturdays): Action-packed Saturday mornings! Includes a 25-minute practice followed immediately by a 30-minute game. Ages 6–8, 8–10, & 10–12: Practices: Begin the week of Sept 7 (1 practice/week, Mon–Fri starting at 6:00 or 6:30 p.m., set by your coach). Games: Saturdays, Sept 12 – Oct 17! Teams play 1–2 games per week between 9:00 a.m. and 3:00 p.m. at either Carls Family YMCA or Oak Valley MS. 🎒 What’s Included & What to Bring Included with Registration: Official team uniform jersey! United Soccer Summer Program (Co-Ed Rec Program)United Soccer LeagueReady to get in the game? We’re thrilled to bring you another high-energy youth soccer program through our partnership between HV Rec & Community Ed and the Carls Family YMCA! Program Overview When: Wednesday nights throughout July Where: Typically held at the YMCA (Subject to change to Oak Valley Center based on field maintenance schedules) Included in Fees: Official team t-shirt, refs, lead coaches, and field equipment. Player Gear: Families provide soccer socks and shin guards. Payment Date: Team fees will be charged on July 1st. Age Divisions & Game Schedules Ages 4–5 Division Format: 25-minute practice followed by a 30-minute game. Game Times: 6:00 PM or 7:00 PM on Wednesday evenings. Ages 6–8 | 8–10 | 10–12 Divisions Format: 45 minutes of skills, drills, and player development led by a Lead Coach, followed by 45 minutes of action-packed small-sided games (e.g., 3v3 or 4v4). Winter Ball 2027!Special EventsDaddy/Daughter, Mother/Son, or Someone Special - YOU Choose! Step into a night filled with music, laughter, and unforgettable moments at our Family Dance Celebration. Enjoy an energetic dance floor, creative crafts, and the crowd-favorite balloon drop that brings everyone together for a truly memorable experience. This welcoming, community-wide event is designed for all families and all kinds of connections. Whether you’re attending as a parent and child, with a relative, guardian, mentor, or another important person in your life, this evening is all about celebrating time together in a fun and inclusive atmosphere. Come ready to dance, create, and make lasting memories. Registration Process: Register your child for the event. There is no need to register accompanying adult(s). If more than two adults plan to attend, you will be able to indicate that during registration. If you are registering multiple children, please sign up each child individually. The first child is $15 (ages 2 and under) or $25 (ages 3 and older). Each additional child is $10. The multi-child discount will be automatically applied at checkout. Yoga Club w/ Miss DaySpring Mills Empower HourCome join Miss Day for yoga! Yoga Club Empower Hour is a one-hour class for Grades 2 or 3. Throughout the six weeks, the kids will explore breathing exercises, movement with traditional yoga poses, yoga pose games, relaxation techniques and will have fun meeting new yoga friends in a safe and welcoming environment. We will be doing a variety of yoga flows, games and exercises. Students do not need any prior yoga experience to join. Each student is encouraged to bring a yoga mat or towel, water bottle, and comfortable clothes for movement. There are some mats available to borrow, if needed. While practicing yoga, students will have the option to follow the basic yoga practice of flowing barefoot. We hope to see you there!Fall 2026 -

“Moana” Musical Theatre Workshop - Evening ClassMusic & TheaterThrough an abridged version of the script “Moana” students will discover the joys of acting, improv, voice, speech, theater, dance and more! The session will end with a culminating performance where parents, friends and family can come see the tools and skills the students learned with Sunset Theatre Company!
