Where Art Meets Play is a high-energy, creativity filled camp designed for kids who love to move, create, explore, and have fun in their own way. This unique program blends hands on art experiences with active gym time, giving every child a place to feel successful whether they enjoy sports, creativity, or a little bit of both. Each day, campers rotate between interactive craft stations and movement based gym activities. During art time, kids will participate in fun, hands on projects using paint, mixed media, building materials, and creative design. Projects focus on imagination, self expression, and confidence while allowing campers to create artwork they are proud to bring home. Gym time focuses on play over competition. Campers will take part in sport activities, cooperative games, obstacle courses, relay challenges, and creative movement games. Children who enjoy sports will have opportunities to work on skills and participate in structured activities, while kids who prefer a more relaxed approach can join side games and play based activities that keep everyone active and included. Fun-Tasia is designed as a fit-for-all program that welcomes kids who love being Active, kids who simply enjoy sports or tossing the ball around, and kids who thrive through creativity and hands on arts and crafts. HV United Volleyball Club: TryoutsHV United Volleyball ClubHV United Volleyball Club entering its 5th season and is brought to you by HV Rec and Community Ed. To learn more about the club such as coaches, bios, fees, etc, click HERE. Details: Tryouts - Early Tryouts will be in July 2026. If we still need to fill teams after the early tryouts, then we'll host another tryout this Fall. If you are unable to make it on the original dates still register and we'll contact you about a make up option. Girls U10 - no tryouts, register if interested in participating. Season Dates - U11s - U14s: December - March (a few teams may choose to run December - April/May, details available at tryouts) Age Groups - see age cutoffs below to confirm your age group. Girls - U10s (3rd and 4th Grade), U11s (5th Grade), U12 (6th Grade), U13 (7th Grade), U14 (8th Grade), U15 (9th grade) Practices - Will begin in December 2026. Exact dates will be determined at a later date. Each team will practice 2x a week. Tournaments - Winter Teams/Short Season - will play in approx 6 - 1 day AAU Tournaments. Events will run Jan-March. Extended Season Teams - will play in several 1 day events plus several multi-day events (like Motor City Madness, Can-Am, etc) Uniforms - we will have a uniform for the players including a jersey, shorts, socks and kneepads. LHS Lakeland Eagles Cheer ClinicHS Athletic Camps/ClinicsSkills, Stunts, Cheers and Chants This clinic is designed for athletes (grades 1st-8th) who are looking to sharpen their cheer skills and have fun! The Lakeland Cheerleaders will instruct the campers on the proper techniques in the sport of Cheer. These techniques include jumps, kicks, stunts, and a series of tumbling skills required to perform at a high school level. LHS Pom Camp (Grades 1-8)HS Athletic Camps/ClinicsThe Lakeland Pom Summer Camp gives younger girls the opportunity to have fun, try new skills, and perform. Each participant will get the chance to learn a unique and fun pom routine. Grades 1-5 will learn a beginner routine with our JV Pommers, while grades 6-8 will learn a slightly more advanced routine with our Varsity Pommers. Additionally, they will have fun socializing and meeting new friends along with hanging out with the JV and Varsity Pom team members. Lastly, they will shine in the spotlight while performing alongside the Lakeland Pom teams for a special family and friends showcase during the last hour of our final camp day! PARTICIPANTS SHOULD WEAR COMFORTABLE CLOTHES, TENNIS SHOES AND BRING EXTRA WATER TO CAMP! MHS Cross Country Camp (Middle School)HS Athletic Camps/ClinicsWe believe cross country to be the greatest team sport in the world. We also believe that running is a lifelong activity that is enjoyable for all. This camp is designed to promote the fun and excitement of cross country in a positive environment. We want to teach the athletes about the sport and help them be the best runners they can be. The intensity of the camp will be appropriately adjusted to the ability of the athlete. The spirit and enthusiasm will consistent throughout the camp. This camp is designed to parallel the philosophy of our Championship High School program but on an appropriate training level for younger athletes. There is no requirement for pre-camp training, but an active athlete will likely be better prepared. On Wednesday an inter-camp meet on the Milford High School Campus. It will feature hay bales, trail running and water obstacles. It will be a great cap to our week of training.Summer 2026 -

Students will be provided safety goggles to wear during class.August 17-20 AM :{YEL!} Project Runway (4th-8th grade)Sweet summer projects! A comfy shorts, a water bottle bag, criss-cross headbandand more. No experience necessary. Students will make, showcase, and take home all their projects. Hand and machine sewing techniques are taught with SAFETY FIRST always in mind. The final day is a showcase where friends and family are invited to see the projects in action. Materials included in cost August 17-20 PM :YEL DESTINATION MARS: ROCKETRY COURSE (2nd-5th grade)Launch and watch your very own rocket speed 300 feet into the air! Then it is yours to take home! Students will make and take home multiple rockets of varying difficulty throughout this session. We will use these rockets and airplanes to investigate basic aeronautical concepts including: propulsion, thrust, lift, drag and more. We will also hypothesize about travel in outer space, how to get a United States astronaut to Mars and life on Mars. Do you have the right stuff?
