These clinics are for Grades K-8. Players will be split up based on ages/abilities. Required Equipment: Goggles, cleats and mouthpiece. Install is complete; execution begins, as a team. This camp will be our foundation for the season. Players will learn most of our schemes on offense, defense and specials. LHS Lakeland Eagles Cheer ClinicHS Athletic Camps/ClinicsSkills, Stunts, Cheers and Chants This clinic is designed for athletes (grades 1st-8th) who are looking to sharpen their cheer skills and have fun! The Lakeland Cheerleaders will instruct the campers on the proper techniques in the sport of Cheer. These techniques include jumps, kicks, stunts, and a series of tumbling skills required to perform at a high school level. The cheerleaders in attendance will learn sideline chants to perform with the Lakeland Varsity Cheerleaders during the first half of the Varsity game on August 28, 2025.Campers will receive a T-shirt and bow if signed up by ???? LHS Pom Camp (Grades 1-8)HS Athletic Camps/ClinicsThe Lakeland Pom Summer Camp gives younger girls the opportunity to have fun, try new skills, and perform. Each participant will get the chance to learn a unique and fun pom routine. Grades 1-5 will learn a beginner routine with our JV Pommers, while grades 6-8 will learn a slightly more advanced routine with our Varsity Pommers. Additionally, they will have fun socializing and meeting new friends along with hanging out with the JV and Varsity Pom team members. Lastly, they will shine in the spotlight while performing alongside the Lakeland Pom teams for a special family and friends showcase during the last hour of our final camp day! PARTICIPANTS SHOULD WEAR COMFORTABLE CLOTHES, TENNIS SHOES AND BRING EXTRA WATER TO CAMP! MHS Cross Country Camp (Middle School)HS Athletic Camps/ClinicsWe believe cross country to be the greatest team sport in the world. We also believe that running is a lifelong activity that is enjoyable for all. This camp is designed to promote the fun and excitement of cross country in a positive environment. We want to teach the athletes about the sport and help them be the best runners they can be. The intensity of the camp will be appropriately adjusted to the ability of the athlete. The spirit and enthusiasm will consistent throughout the camp. This camp is designed to parallel the philosophy of our Championship High School program but on an appropriate training level for younger athletes. There is no requirement for pre-camp training, but an active athlete will likely be better prepared. On Thursday an inter-camp meet on the Milford High School Campus. It will feature hay bales, trail running and water obstacles. It will be a great cap to our week of training. Registration fees will be charged on 7/1 for all courses starting after 7/1.Summer 2025

Starting SoonMHS Girls Youth Volleyball CampHS Athletic Camps/ClinicsThis camp is open to any ability level, boys or girls. Instruction for this camp will be provided by Milford’s varsity volleyball coach, Andrea Malburg, and her volleyball staff. This camp will introduce and teach the major skills for volleyball: passing, setting, attacking, defense, serve and serve receive. This camp will give each participant a chance to meet new people, learn the game of volleyball, interact and learn from current Milford volleyball players. Ages 7-11 should be Grades 2-5 for Fall of 2025. Ages 12-14 should be Grades 6-8 for Fall of 2025. All participants will receive a t-shirt. Registration fees will be charged on 7/1/25.Summer 2025

MHS Middle and High School Wrestling CampHS Athletic Camps/ClinicsMHS Wrestling program will be running a middle school and a high school wrestling camp this summer. All abilities are welcomed and encouraged to attend. This is a great chance to expose your child to the sport of wrestling, meet middle and high school coaches and wrestlers, as well as hone some skills for the more advanced wrestlers. The camp will help prep wrestlers for the upcoming season. We hope to see you at all 5 sessions - if that is not an option. Please come to our drop-in sessions.($20/per session or $100/5 sessions).
