Come join us for a 90 minute lacrosse session with Coach Merian (former college coach and current club director and coach). In this hour you will learn all the fundamentals needed to play the game of lacrosse. Throwing, catching, ground balls, shooting and cradling are the basic skills needed to be successful on the field. You do not need to have any previous lacrosse experience. For Grades 5-8 you will need goggles, stick and a mouthguard. Please reach out if you need one to borrow a stick or goggles for the hour (first come first serve basis).
