Each team will be assigned 1 M-F for 60-90 minute increments at various HVS schools ~Games will be played on Saturdays starting April 5 and we will be done by Memorial Day (no games on April 19 due to Easter). HV Rec and Ed will now provide 2 paid scorekeepers per game so parents no longer have to help at the scoretable. Register 2 or more children for the Basketball league and receive a $5 discount for each additional child. Discounts applied at checkout. Parents/guardians who volunteer to coach will receive a discount on their child's registration fees. This will be refunded back AFTER we confirm who the coaches will be for the season. Join the HV United Track and Field Club this spring! We will introduce your young runner to the sport of track and field. We will teach them proper running form/technique and they will have the opportunity to practice their skills at our 2 practices a week. The events that will be trained for are: 60 meter sprint Long jump 400m or 800m run 400m relay Track Meet - TBD at Milford HS Track! We will have a K-2 Division and a Gr 3-5 Division (if more are needed, we will create more) Practices - Sundays @ Lakeland HS and Wednesdays at Oak Valley MS. Every participant will receive a dri-fit uniform shirt, a certificate of completion and other goodies along the way. **Registration fees will be collected on 2/1/25.

If your child is already a member of the HV United Racing Team, there is no fee to join the club. HV Rec and Ed has partnered with the Cannons Baseball Organization to bring a newly formatted t-ball league to our community! This program will meet weekly on Monday evenings from 6-7 p.m. at Oak Valley Middle School: Outdoor Baseball Fields #2 and #3. The Cannons will provide lead coaches/managers for each field and they will lead the skills sessions for the first 30 minutes on each day, followed by game play for the last 30 minutes. We will still need volunteer coaches to help execute the drills and to help keep the teams organized during game-play. Team pictures will be TBD prior to game time. Space will be limited so register early! We are limiting this program to the first 40 players (4 teams of 10). Registration fee will be charged on 2/1/25.

Learn the fundamentals of soccer as well as the importance of teamwork through Youth Soccer. Everyone plays and everyone is part of the team. Kids develop important soccer skills, including passing, dribbling, shooting and working as a team in a fun and supportive environment. Not only will children have an opportunity to advance skills, but they'll also build social skills, gain confidence and develop leadership skills. Dedicated volunteer coaches are trained to set expectations and help kids find their strengths and improve. This is a co-ed league. Ages 4-5: Practice 25 minutes and Play 30 minutes on Saturday mornings. Practices: Begins week of March 31 assigned 1 practice/week (coaches will select practice days, Mon-Fri starting at 6 or 6:30 p.m.) Games: Sat. April 5 - May 17 assigned 1 or 2 games/week (no games on April 19 for Easter weekend), depending on the number of teams in each division. (Location: Carls Family YMCA), game times will be between 9 a.m. and 1 p.m. Divisions: Ages 6-8 and 8-11; if you have younger/smaller/newer players who are 8 years old, we suggest registering for the 6-8 division; if you have more mature/developed/experienced 8 year old then we suggest the 8-11 year old division. **NEW - We are adding an 11-14 age group this fall to allow our older players a chance to keep playing recreational soccer with us! Coaches Meeting @ TBD Volunteer Coaches will receive a 25% discount on team fees (applied AFTER registration) Team Pictures will be on TBD @ the YMCA before/after your game that day. Team fees will include uniform top and practice equipment. Other needed equipment will need to be provided by the families (soccer socks and shin guards). Team fees will be charged on 2/1/25. Registration closes on 3/21/25!

Travel League: This is an instructional, learning league. This is a travel league; games will be played within Huron Valley, Brighton, Hartland, and Howell. Practices: Begin week of March 17 at various HVS schools. Matches will be played on Friday nights. No practices during spring break (March 24-28) Season will run April - May. Matches will begin on April 4 and end May 16 (no games on April 18 due to the holiday). Attention Parents: Volunteer coaches are an essential part of our program.
