Paddle Board Pool Fitness Class
Experience the boards in anchored in the shallow levels of the pool. This class would be ideal for beginners to immediate levels. We learn how to fall off the board and how to get back on safely. In class we will incorporate fully lead yoga sequence, along with some strengthening techniques with resistance bands. Perfect class for low impact practice. Increase core strength, balance and flexibility all in a controlled environment. Mindful movements to flow from squats to standing. Ending with a cool down and relaxation. Another great class that gets you ready for the lake or keep up with your practice during the off season. Same boards are used in the pool and lake, to create a seamless translation. Space is limited.
