Join the HV United Track and Field Club this spring!  We will introduce your young runner to the sport of track and field.  We will teach them proper running form/technique and they will have the opportunity to practice their skills at our 2 practices a week.  The events that will be trained for are:

60 meter sprint
Long jump
400m or 800m run
400m relay 

Track Meet - TBD at Milford HS Track!  We will have a K-2 Division and a Gr 3-5 Division (if more are needed, we will create more)

Practices - Sundays @ Lakeland HS and Wednesdays at Oak Valley MS.

Every participant will receive a dri-fit uniform shirt, a certificate of completion and other goodies along the way.

**Registration fees will be collected on 2/1/25.
