Nourishing You- Weight Loss and Healthy Eating Support Group

Nourishing You is a supportive group nutrition course designed to help you lose weight in a sustainable way while learning how to nourish your body with balanced, satisfying foods. In this welcoming, judgment-free environment, we’ll explore practical strategies for healthy eating, portion awareness, meal planning, and overcoming common challenges that get in the way of lasting change. You’ll gain evidence-based nutrition guidance, simple tools to make healthier choices easier, and encouragement from others who share similar goals.
The course is led by a Registered Dietitian and Oakland University nutrition instructor, providing participants with trusted, science-based information and professional guidance.
Whether you're just getting started on your health journey or looking to reset your habits, Nourishing You will help you build confidence around food and create a lifestyle that supports long-term wellness.
