Rise and Shine Yoga
Join us for some yoga fun! Through playful yoga poses and mindful breathing exercises, children will build strength, flexibility, and balance while developing confidence, improving focus, and learning healthy strategies to manage stress and emotions. This class is a wonderful way to start the day and is perfect for children of all experience levels.
Children are encouraged to bring a yoga mat.
