LHS Girls Basketball Youth CampHS Athletic Camps/ClinicsInstruction for this camp with be provided by Lakeland's varsity girls basketball coach, Michael Leitheim, his staff, as well as current and former girls basketball players at Lakeland. This camp is open to any girl, incoming K-9 graders, and will focus on skill development on both the offensive and defensive sides of the ball. This camp will give participants an opportunity to learn more about the game while interacting with new people. T-shirt is included in the fee. You must be registered by June 12 at 12 p.m. to guarantee a t-shirt. You can still register after this deadline, but a t-shirt cannot be guaranteed for those late registrations. Lakewood: Hands-On Science Hour!Lakewood Elem Empower HourScience for A-spy-ring Spies (Grades 3-5): :Students will learn to complete simple missions each week to earn a prize: creating codes and ciphers for secret messages, invisible inks, chemical evidence analysis, maps and mazes, learning to work with fragments of data, and surveillance memory puzzles. Planned activities may be adjusted for student interest/skill levels.
