The American Red Cross Adult and Pediatric CPR/AED/First Aid Course is designed to prepare participants with the knowledge and hands-on skills needed to respond confidently in emergency situations involving adults, children, and infants. Participants will be able to recognize and care for emergencies involving CPR, AED use, choking, sudden illness, and injury care. This course combines online learning with an in-person skills session, offering a flexible and efficient way to earn certification while still practicing essential life saving techniques. Please note that all online training must be completed prior to attending the in-person training. Upon successful completion of both the online and in-person requirements, participants will receive an official American Red Cross certification card, valid for two years. Ages 16+

We offer American Red Cross Lifeguarding Blended Learning. Blended learning combines online learning with in-person skills sessions where you will practice skills and demonstrate competency. The online learning modules include CPR/AED for Professional Rescuers and First Aid final eLearning exam. The in person portion of the training is spread out over four days and is a mixture of in water and classroom sessions.
